The standard rental period is 7 days. Longer rental periods may be arranged upon request and will incur additional fees.

Costumes must be returned by the agreed date to avoid late charges.
Costumes are provided in clean, wearable condition and are inspected prior to rental.

The Renter is responsible for inspecting the costume upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately.

Any damage not reported will be assumed to have occurred during the rental period.
Costumes are for personal use only and must not be resold, altered, or used for purposes beyond their intended function.

Costumes must not be subjected to harsh conditions, excessive dirt, stains, or tears.

Smoking, eating, and drinking while wearing the costume are strongly discouraged.
Costumes must be picked up and returned to the rental location unless delivery is arranged for an additional fee.

Delivery requests must be made at least 1 month in advance and require confirmation.
Do not attempt to clean, wash, or alter the costume yourself. Costumes must be returned as-is.

A cleaning fee of $100 will apply if the costume is returned excessively soiled or with odors that require special cleaning treatments.
The Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the costume during the rental period.

Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. If the costs exceed the deposit, the Renter will be invoiced for the additional amount.
